The call display boards show you, in real time, what calls and how many calls each agent has made for the day. It displays how may calls and what types of calls. There is an area for inboud and attempted calls, whether the agents made contact or not, and if an appointment was made or if the call was non-appointable.
The appointment board shows information about an appointment that was made. It shows what type of appointment, what time, the name of the client, and the sales representative if there is one. At the end, it shows actions. It has "confirm call", "VIP", and "show". These tell whether the appointment was confirmed, if there is anything special about the appointment, and if the client showed. When these are completed, the box will turn green.
