With this feature, you can decide who to call, how often to call, and what the call is about. You can customize your campaigns however you see fit, and change them just as often. Also, dealerwrx gives you the ability to import your own call lists. You can put in information for customers who haven’t bought a car in the last year, who haven’t been in for service in a certain amount of time, or any other criteria that you need for that campaign. The beauty of dealerwrx is you set your own pace and calls.

SCRIPTS

In dealerwrx, there is the ability to add scripts in. These scripts are one click away when any agent is on the phone with a client. The scripts can be whatever you would like them to be. Whatever the campaign is, a customizable script can go along with it. There is also the option to have multiple scripts for one campaign. The benefit of this option is that if an agent has someone on the line that is not interested, a script can be clicked on to give the agent lines for what to say to a customer who is not interested in the campaign. The scripts can keep an agent from getting into hot water while speaking with a client. It can also get the client to agree to coming in. When a client hears a flustered agent on the other line, they are likely to take that and run with it. But if the agent stays calm and knows exactly what to say, it can persuade the client into coming in for the campaign they are being called for.

HIGHER CALL VOLUME

The major perk of dealerwrx is the increase in call volume your dealership will experience after getting on board.
